The woman who waxed me was new to the location but very clearly had a lot of experience. She was friendly and easy to talk while she worked diligently. While it is still somewhat painful having hair pulled from your body, it was much less sensitive than usual after waxing and there was no irritation after. So there is something to be said for the special wax they use

Really friendly staff who help you feel at ease. One of the more pain-free waxing experiences I’ve had as well! I also appreciated the more relaxing ambience at this salon compared to the more clinical feel at many other places.
