Very much in disbelief from the underarm wax I had today. The lady applied hot wax on my underarms 6 times! 6 times each in succession with not much waiting time between each application therefore the wax being a HOT wax burnt my underarms. I looked to my left and could see blood on my skin! I have never had this lady before but being that I usually have a good experience here I trusted what she was doing but wow that was a really awful experience. Suffice to say I will not be coming back!
