I went to this hairdresser for the first time and had such a lovely experience. Yaz made me feel really comfortable from the moment I sat down. She was very sweet and respectful, didn’t force conversation, and just calmly got on with exactly what I asked for. I walked out with precisely what I wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back.
