I booked this hot stone mass Dec 21 for 3pm 15/1. I arrived in advance and was asked to take a seat Stacey would be with me shortly as the gym have no dealings with the wellness area. After waiting I went back to the desk as my treatment time should have commenced 15 mins ago. It was a different person on the desk to advise that nobody was in form Revive today. No massage. Via my confirmation email I have since spoken with Stacey who says no longer does bookings via Treatwell Very Disappointing
