Did not even get to the treatment part. Arrived 6 minutes early and staff member treated me with rudeness and disregard telling me to sit on the sofa and was annoyed I was early. Then 10 minutes into booked treatment time no sign of any staff just left to be sat in a cold dark waiting room.
