DON'T EVEN BOTHER!
Stood out in the cold so I rang to see if someone could come and open the door.
To be greeted by a very rude lady on the other end saying
it's not my fault Wendy hasn't tuned up.
Do you know I'm working 7 days a week
Do you know how hard it is to get staff
Can't you come back another day
List went on and on.
I said it was very poor and her attitude was awful.
Her reply........putting the phone down on me!!
I'm still in SHOCK!!!!!!!

The actual head massage was relaxing but it's the before the head massage part that I'm not overly keen on. I don't enjoy it as much when the massage therapists kneel and walk on you. For me personally it's not relaxing and I just want focus on the actual head massage. I do come here regularly and will continue but I think I'll just start specifying that I don't like the part where they get on your back
