Atmosphere was chilled, salon clean. I opted for the cut, blow dry and restyle for my daughter. Thomas done exactly that and was patient enough with my daughter when she tried to relay what she wanted. Overall my daughter was happy with her cut but I feel Thomas could have conversed more with her about what she wanted. Maybe using examples or asking if the person has an idea or pic of the type of look and providing advice on dealing with dry hair instead of stating that she has dry hair.
