Will never use this salon again, horrible customer service, who take money for services not provided! I booked for gel polish on my fingers and toes before a holiday but when I turned up they said they could only do my fingers and would rebook my toes. I asked for a partial refund instead as I wanted gels for my holiday. I was told a partial refund would be provided via Treatwell. Over a week later, I haven’t had my refund and the owner is ignoring all messages. A horrible and dishonest salon!
