This was my 1st reflexology treatment and I would not hesitate to have another session or recommend Mona. I felt totally relaxed during my treatment, to the point where I thought I was dozing off. Mona had a firm, but gentle touch which was very effective. Since my treatment, I have noticed that the pain I was experiencing in one of my knees has considerably lessened, so I will definitely be booking another session.
