Liza is warm and welcoming, she is very knowledgeable and approached my needs professionally and thoughtfully. She creates a thoroughly relaxing environment and is very much in tune with not only making me feel calm, but ensuring that should I need to stop to attend to my baby, she will adapt my massage to make sure I get the most out of our time and my massage. Liza also gave incredibly helpful advice on how to ease my muscles after our massage which is most appreciated! Thanks!

Liza came to my home and the massage was amazing. We lit a lovely lavender candle and I actually think I nodded off at one point. After a difficult year, and still recovering from Covid, I thought I deserved to treat myself.

Liza's welcoming massage after Lockdown was my first and best treat to myself to date. Her calming approach plus the knowledge that she has covered all the latest Covid rules in hygiene necessary put my mind at rest. I loved it and have treated my older sister to a a wellbeing treat. Lucky sister!

Very professional therapist who provided a bespoke massage in a clean and relaxing studio. Liza talked me through the COVID precautions she was taking prior to starting which made me feel very comfortable and safe. Liza clearly knew what she was doing and carefully checked any medical issues/injuries and my requirements from the massage. I felt great after the hour. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
