This experience was the worst, most humiliating of my life. Misha’s attitude was horrible. I went in for a Hollywood wax. I get it, it’s weird having to look at and touch people’s genitalia. However, it’s not a walk in the park for the customer either to be this exposed. Misha showed every single second she didn’t want to be in that room, made me feel horrible. I understand you don’t want to do this, but it’s horrible treating people with such a bad attitude.
