It was my first time having an Infrared Sauna and first one at Revitalise Urban Spa. The spa itself was a nice and relaxing treat, I could have stayed in there longer. I tried to brave the Plunge Pools and they were too cold for me... I managed the Hot and Cold Showers so those were good towards the end of my hour. The shower in the changing room was not great though, it was a shame considering the spa area was a nicer experience. I would go back and enjoy the Hot Shower more : )
