The booking process was smooth and simple. I was contacted very quickly and was able to get an appointment very soon. The venue looks very professional and incredibly clean. I was asked to complete a form as it was my first visit, but other than that I did not have to wait at all. Judy was fantastic. She's very friendly and experienced. Made me feel very comfortable and the conversations throughout the session were very interesting. She also gave me personalized advice afterwards. 5/5 stars!
