Jay is fantastic I would highly recommend Jay and his clinic. I have suffered with my shoulder, back and neck after an injury. Jay is very knowledgeable and explains the cause and symptoms. I am feeling alot less pain and my movement has improved in my wrist, arm and shoulder. Probably one of the best massages I have ever had.
