A warm welcome from the therapist Jay. The ambience of the room was perfect for relaxing and the reflexology treatment was out of this world. Jay is clearly experienced and knowledagble in this field and he was a delight to chat to during the treatment.
I had the best nights sleep after receiving this treatment and my feet felt like marshmallows afterwards instead of bricks!

Jay was excellent, welcoming and friendly. He found tension in areas of my back which no other massage therapist had found. He uses very firm pressure but that was exactly what I need because ultimately that provides relief and resolves the issue over time. I will definitely be booking again.
