Felt very uncomfortable there. There was only one male and I was the only female. Comments such as "my room is upstairs usually" and "i need to make you feel like a princess" whilst massaging me made me feel unsafe and as it was said at the end, left a horrible impression -like a violation. Not set out with ambient music like a normal spa. Talked all the way through. Maybe lonely people will like it but I wouldn't go again.Staff need to be aware of how women may feel vulnerable and unsafe.
