Jay adapts the massage to cater for your individual needs. He is so experienced that he can identify issues or areas to concentrate on as the massage progresses. He is so easy to discuss concerns with and extremely professional and I’d thoroughly recommend his treatments.

Came in for a shoulder and neck injury and needed a deep tissue massage. Jay is extremely experienced and provided a great service. My neck is no longer stiff and a proper deep tissue massage was given. Thanks Jay!!!
