Upon entering the clinic we were greeted by Teena in a welcoming, polite & professional manner! Requests were met promptly and we were not made to feel as though we were bothering staff!
Treatment was delivered by Chloe and she was professional and explained the process using easy to understand language and she checked that I was comfortable and ok throughout the process. I was made to feel at ease as the whole experience felt personalised to me as an individual and not just another client!
The next treatment has already been booked!
