This was my first experience of colonic hydrotherapy and I was made to feel very relaxed by Chloe. She talked me through each stage and made me feel very at ease. The whole experience was not painful, just some strange senses but was absolutely fine. Nothing to worry about. The clinic was very clean and welcoming too.
