The lady who did my nails was very lovely, accommodating and professional. She did a brilliant job apart from accidentally missing off a top coat on my left hand. I rang up to ask if this could be done before I go on holiday (I fly the following day) and a different lady on the phone was quite abrupt with me and made no apology for the mistake and said they couldn’t fit me in. She only gave me one time slot which I couldn’t make, so I’m now left with uneven nails for my holiday which is a shame
