I contacted Brown Cow Salon on Facebook as I’d had my gel nails done the week before there but a couple of the nails were lifting. Immediately I was offered to have them redone whenever it was convenient for me and was apologised to.
It turned out to be an issue with a faulty gel polish and was super happy with the results of my new nails.
Ellie the beauty therapist was fantastic. I also had a massage/facial package for the reduced price of £20 which was AMAZING! My back has not felt so pain free for years and the treatment was very relaxing.
The customer service shown to me has ensured that I’ll be coming back to the salon frequently 😊
