I was seen by two ladies for my appointment as I was informed by CeeCee that she was getting late so somebody else will do my hollywood waxing. Which I was happy with, she commenced to do my leg waxing in a rush and when I asked her to repeat certain areas that she had missed she wasnt able to get them and said the other lady will go over it again for me which I found strange. She then completed my legs and asked me to get up and move to another room for my hollywood and underarm wax. When i got into the other room the lady informed me that she was u able to do a hollywood and wasnt sure why CeeCee had left it for her to do which I found extremely disspointing as I had booked this appointment in advance. Laura went to have a word with ceecee who said she will do my hollywood after laura had done my underarms. However as she was doing so ceecee was constantly knocking on the door and then left inna rush without doing my waxing. Laura was extremely good and offered to do my hollywood for me even though she said she hadnt done one in a while. She made me feel extremely comfortable and did an amazing job of my waxing and is an absolute credit to your team. One of the best ladies I have seen for a long time and deserves to be mentioned for her outstanding customer service skills. However, I found ceecee rude and she lacked basic customer service skills and would like to feed this back as she makes the team and your business look u professional.

I was made to feel welcome on arrival and the lady who gave me my spray tan was knowledgeable and gave me good advice (as I am a novice). The spray tan itself was a little patchy on my hands but apart from that was really good.

I had a very nice hollywood waxing experience with Katie. She is incredieble. No pain, very comfortable and so clean job.
I had leg and arm waxing with one other girl, same day, she was very messy and bored to do the job. Unprofessional.
I recommend Katie 100% though!!! I will definitely go again.
