My haircut was amazing and exactly what I wanted, as always, really impressed. However, I am quite disappointed with the results of my lash lift. Claire was lovely and made me feel very welcome and relaxed. However, the results from my lash lift, I can hardly notice a difference. I understand my eyelashes are quite stubborn, but I do wish I would’ve been warned beforehand that they might not turn out the way I wanted to, due to this. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of money for me.

This was my first Hollywood Wax and I went in completely full of nerves, but Claire was absolutely lovely! Put me at ease and talked me through the whole thing. Very pleased with the outcome and will definitely be back!
