Staff really friendly, facilities more than acceptable. The treatments were preformed well and I was made to feel relaxed. The microdermabrasion of my face was great - I nearly feel asleep. The manicure was good too, although it started to chip later in the night, I was not expecting this and had been assured it would last up to two weeks. Oh, well.
The staff are very friendly; from the reception staff to the owner. I was made to feel quite comfortable (even though I arrived a few minutes late due to getting lost). The nail therapist was proficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I've had microdermabrasion before, although this was an experience of it's own. It felt more deep tissue and care and attention was taken whilst performing facial massage; although the treatment was not performed on my neck (as advertised) or nose for some stranger reason - I did, however, feel invigorated!
I took a friend to Reversal Aesthetics for the Afternoon Tea package as a birthday gift, and what a lovely morning we had! Very friendly staff, they couldn't get you enough drinks or make sure you were comfortable enough.
I was also very pleasantly surprised to find out that the facial was a microdermabrasion facial. Normally when you buy a package you just get the cheapest, most basic option. The gel nails were also very high quality, with the lovely therapist spending ages making sure they were just right. Both my friend and I came out very relaxed and feeling pampered. We didn't feel at all rushed like I have experienced with other salons, especially if you go on a package deal.
The food provided was also very good - we got a selection of sandwiches, crisps and salad, and some fruit and scones after that.
The only thing I would say that could be improved is the size of the waiting area, as there were quite a few of us in there at the same time and it was a little squashed - but I guess this is just testament to how popular this salon is!
All in all, an excellent experience and looking forward to my next visit. Thank you Reversal Aesthetics!
Always thought of having my eyebrows tattooed as I lost a lot of my eyebrows during pregnancy, I was very nervous as this procedure is permanent for at least 5 years. I must say I love them & they are very natural. I opted & was advised on hair stroke brows (very realistic). Thank you for the glass of wine :) & the professionalism at this clinic, I will be returning x
We attended the clinic as me and my friend started our first session of laser hair removal, myself for my lower legs & my friend for her underarms. Felt very comfortable & staff very thorough, we both have noticeable results after our first session. I decided to have a microdermabrasion as i suffer with old acne scaring (fab) Clean & lovely clinic thanks & look forward to our next visit :)
