Jeiran was fab when I came in, I was really nervous. My hair was down me bum and has always been super long but I had realised that it was really in a bad way and so needed a decent number of inches cut off. She took the time to talk to me about it, why it's important to get regular cuts and assured me it would feel much better after getting rid of the straw like ends. I couldn't be happier with the result, it does feel better and I know eventually I'll gain the length back if I listen to her!
