The haircut wasn't what I wanted in the end and I feel like my wishes weren't really respected. The hairdresser said it was because of my hair type but I have had the haircut I requested plenty of times before and it has always been completely fine for my hair.
I appreciate them trying to advise me as professionals but the result was then a half-hearted version of what I actually wanted.

I'm so happy to have found such a great hairdresser. It's really calming environment in there, not really noisy and chaotic like so many of the big ones in town. I've had my first appointments with Mona for haircut and she is amazing. Honestly the best hairdresser I've had. Thanks for such a great service and looking forward to coming back to you soon.
