Off the cuff drop in but got a slot there and then.Frances listened to what I wanted and double checked about length of cut.Super speedy but done well

Booked appointment online only to find another person in the barbers chair when arriving at confirmed time. Occasionally we all know there can be a slight wait while the barber finishes up, however more than 40 mins after the booking slot start time I was still sat waiting, while the person who was in the chair had their cut. Overall fade was poor and left a heavy line transition from short to medium hair.
