Mona, as ever, was welcoming, friendly and professional. She took the time to fined out how I was after these unprecedented and difficult times. We talked about what do to with my hair which was so unkempt after six months away, and then I settled down for the balayage which was pleasant, relaxing and fun. The end result was fantastic! I was so pleased!
On so many levels, this was a wonderful experience.

Post haircut i was contacted by Sandy to check if I was happy with my haircut. When i told her it was a bit less than the standard i was expecting she were extremely accommodating and apologetic and immediately booked me in for a follow up treatment on the house. Now this may sound like a bad thing, but the compassion and care that this hairdresser shows towards customer experience, Sandy specifically, and the fantastic job she did on the redo really made them deserve 5 stars! Will defo return!
