So pleased with my new hair. Mona was great at asking questions to make sure she understood what I wanted. The colour is really excellent and the cut is too.

I had a wonderful balayage from the lovely Mona. She was so friendly and talked about what she was going to do. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable, despite rarely going to hairdressers. She really thought about what colour would suit me and I love my new look!
