We were visiting Liverpool for my sister's 30th birthday and I wanted to treat her to a treatment so I found hold room on the internet. From the initial phone calls Zoe was friendly and very accommodating making me feel reassured I had picked the right place! On the day she was very friendly and again accommodating allowing us to have drinks and nibbles in the waiting room whilst we took it in turns to have treatments. The treatments were lovely and good value for money. In the treatment room she was very professional and we all felt at ease and relaxed! Thank you for helping to make my sister's birthday a memorable one!!
Lovely staff and experience but the lashes themselves aren’t the best!
