The facial was exceptional from start to finish. Gemma has incredible in-depth knowledge about how to approach individual needs and we spoke about what I wanted from the facial before she tailored a bespoke facial to meet my needs. She was gentle, thorough and extremely knowledgeable and my skin looks and feels amazing!
