Gemma gave me an amazing short bob cut - I showed her some photos on my phone and she asked all the right questions to make sure everything was how I wanted. She explained the process of what she would do and in what order, giving me the chance to adjust lengths and layers as we went. Came away with my first haircut since before the pandemic and will definitely return, Gemma is really friendly and skilled at what she does.

My first trip to Jam didn't disappoint! I've had a few balayages from different places with mixed results and think it's always a risk with dark hair unless you find someone like Rosie who really knows what they're doing. Im so pleased with how the tones in my hair blend together so it looks just as good straight as it does wavy. Rosie is lovely, easy to talk to, and really listens to what you want :) I will be back!
