Rosie was so lovely and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable straight away. She was really honest about the reality of the colour I wanted and this is what I appreciated the most. The day after Rosie sent me pictures of my hair test and was really helpful at helping me decided what colour would be possible. I will definitely be booking my next appointment with Rosie!!

Wow!! Rosie has worked miracles on my hair! I have finally fallen in love with it again and she did an amazing job! Rosie is kind, chatty and is the best hairdresser I have met, I'm so so happy. She is gentle with my hair and I have a nut allergy and she checked the all the ingredients in everything which was so reassuring.
I couldn't recommend Jam Hair enough! ๐

Brilliant salon, won't be going anywhere else in Leeds. I got a balayage which was exactly what I asked for and Rosie was so lovely, would 100% recommend!!

Stylist was lovely, but we were interrupted 6 times in order for her to answer the phone or deal with customers on the desk - I think management should look at this. As a result my 45 min blow dry took 1.25 hours and she rushed the end. My hair had no volume in it at all which was the one requirement that we discussed at the beginning. Sadly won't be going back.
