This was my second time visiting Rosie at Jam and I wouldn't go anywhere else now! I am quite shy so I don't always enjoy haircuts but Rosie makes me feel completely at ease and the conversation flows naturally. Very happy with my hair, the shape is lovely and it feels great. Thanks Rosie!

Asked for caramel blonde ended up platinum blonde , wasn’t interested in correcting it so when to Superdrug got a packer of hair dye slapped it on ended up ginger ! Avoid JAM at all costs ! useless amateurs ! I paid £90 not happy at all could of cried
