Really happy with my cut and blow dry! Jemma spent time at the beginning to make sure she really understood what I wanted and checked in at different stages to make sure I was happy with the cut. I'll be going back for my next one. The salon was following Covid precautions - cleaning the station and chairs between clients, disposable gowns, hand sanitizer, masks worn by clients and staff.

This was my first visit to Jam. I usually don’t enjoy going to the hairdressers so don’t visit too often however Rosie was lovely and made me feel very welcome! I will definitely be returning in the near future.

So pleased with my hair, and Jemma was lovely. She understood exactly what I wanted and my hair actually looks better than I had imagined! I rebooked straight after as I trust Jemma with my hair and look forward to coming back :) thank you so much!
