Jemma did a great job on my hair, she listened to what I wanted and was really lovely and chatty! Only thing was that appointment time booked via Treatwell wasn’t long enough for my thick hair which meant Jemma had to overrun. She did her best to accommodate that, not her fault at all. Would recommend if booking via Treatwell to speak to salon about appointment time
