The experience of reflexology and massage was amazing. Safiyah is so experienced in her knowledge and explained everything to level of my understanding. Safiyah was welcoming friendly and caring. I would recommend anyone to go to her, whether it’s for health issues or just for wellbeing.

Safiyya was professional, the environment was calming and I felt so relaxed after my massage. I could tell she knew what she was doing with the different massage techniques used throughout the treatment. She kept asking if I was ok and comfortable which was reassuring. I left feeling, refreshed.

Everything about going for reflexology with saffiyah is amazing. She makes you feel right at home. It’s always warm and smells lovely. She helps you drift off whilst she works miraculously on your feet.. the experience is definitely worth it when you leave you feel like you are walking on clouds... everything about your body feels lighter not just your feet.

This was my first time going to Saffriya for a massage, and it was so wonderful and relaxing! The atmosphere is lovely and Saffiya is so friendly and welcoming too. I highly recommend Restore Therapies and will definitely be going back!
