First time with Vida and I will be back ! Lovely, welcoming and puts you at ease straight away. She is highly skilled , trained and knowledgable in what she does and explained to me what I needed and what would help going forward with my back / neck issues. This mixed with her funny and bubbly personality was perfect. A really great find and would recommend her to anyone.

About

Hi my name is Vida Propert I am a very sporty person who, over the years, has taken part in lots of activities including sprinting, long distance running, gym resistance training, calisthenics, kickboxing, thai boxing and karate. In 2010, I was diagnosed with a hip impingement which resulted in a jamming of the hip joint. This limited my range of motion and caused me to drastically vary my fitness regime. Due to the amount of pain I was in, I invested in massage and osteopathic treatments, alongside hydrocortisone and hyaluronic acid injections until it came to the stage where mobility and discomfort was a real issue. In 2017, I had a SuperPath® total hip replacement by an excellent surgeon which has subsequently changed my life. After my operation, bar the physiotherapy and rehabilitation I went through, I also had a lot of massages to help with scarring and mobility. I am happy to say I am now back to full fitness regime which included running a marathon in 2023. Seeing how much massage helped me, in 2013 I decided to study and qualified as a Holistic Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist which has helped me help clients from all walk of life with a multitude of conditions. Now my treatments include sports massage, hot stones massage, gua sha, fire cupping, lymphatic draining and PEMF. My services are not limited. I am fully insured, a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and a Rehab Trainer. I also work part time as a GP Referral Instructor and am a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer.
