My first experience of any type of massage so wasn't fully sure what to expect. Cosmos fully talked through what a lymphatic massage entailed and its benefits. The atmosphere in the treatment room was relaxing, through colour choice and music played. Would recommend and will return.

Cosmo’s knowledge and understanding of shoulder and neck tension is excellent. After three sessions I can rotate my shoulder and have begun to lift weights again.
