We’ve moved to a new location! Just 5 minutes from our previous therapy room, our new studio gives us greater flexibility and allows us to offer more appointments throughout the week, making it easier to find a time that suits you.

Please note: the studio entrance is at the rear of the building, not through the café.

Our calming new studio is located at the rear of Easy Eats Café (No. 5). From the front of the café, turn left, then left again to reach the rear of the building, where you’ll find the studio entrance.

It's just a short walk from our previous location, making it easy for existing clients to continue visiting us.

Nearest public transport:

The studio is approximately 8 minutes' walk from South Ealing Station, on the Piccadilly line.

• E3 bus: Stop approximately 2 minutes' walk from Easy Eats Café.
• 65 bus: Stop approximately 5 minutes' walk from Easy Eats Café.

With convenient transport links nearby, our new studio is easy to reach while offering a peaceful space away from the busy surroundings.

Rest & Bloom Massage is run by a male massage professional with a genuine passion for wellbeing and a strong commitment to client care.

Treatments are delivered with a friendly, respectful and professional approach, with your comfort and wellbeing always at the heart of the experience. Each session is provided at a calm, comfortable pace, allowing you to properly switch off and enjoy your treatment without feeling rushed.

Whether you're experiencing tight shoulders, muscular tension, everyday stress or simply need some time to relax, the focus is always on helping you feel comfortable, cared for and at ease.

• Unhurried treatments: We believe massage should be time to slow down and breathe. Treatments are delivered professionally and thoughtfully, without making you feel rushed.

Massage oils: We use high-quality oils chosen to complement your treatment. You can choose between 100% natural Grapeseed Massage Oil, known for its light, smooth and hydrating feel, or 100% pure organic cold-pressed Golden Jojoba Oil, valued for its nourishing and skin-balancing properties.

Cafés: Easy Eats Café is right at the front of our building and offers a lovely selection of freshly prepared food, snacks and drinks. If you have a little extra time, it's a wonderful place to enjoy a coffee or a bite to eat before or after your massage.

Free parking is usually available on nearby streets. Please note the following short parking restrictions:

• Pope's Lane: 9–10am and 2–3pm, weekdays on one side.
• Lionel Road: 9–11am and 5–7pm on weekdays; Saturday–Sunday: 2–4pm.
