Natalie Mills never contacted me to confirm the venue of the booking even though I left her ane mail and voice mail and tried phoning right up to the time of my appointment. I contacted treatwell and they were also unable to contact her. So all in all a complete waste of my time as I did not know the venue arrangements. Does she really exist? After the appointed time I thought she might get in touch to see where I was but she didnt do that either so others be warned!!
