I booked for 10:30 but was called at 10 to say they were running 30 minutes late. When I arrived later, they couldn’t find my booking and I waited another 40 minutes. I explained I was in a rush, but despite being repeatedly told “just 10 more minutes,” it took much longer. The service felt rushed, and after only two weeks my shellac is already chipped and peeling. The staff were apologetic, but this is the second time it’s happened, so definitely can’t recommend it.

I love this place. The staff are so friendly, it’s very clean and there is a calming atmosphere. They do a fantastic job every time!
