Benjamin was really knowledgeable and so friendly. Being a runner himself he really understood where I was coming from with the tightness in my legs. I’d really recommend :)

This was one of the best sports massages I have had. I told Benjamin where I was suffering and he really listened and helped release those areas as well as giving me some exercises to work on my weaknesses to help reduce my lower back pain. Would highly recommend Benjamin for a sports massage!

Benjamin did a great job of my full body massage. He has a great understanding of anatomy & physiology and therefore knows exactly how to work muscles to relieve tightness and tension. Will definitely be back.

I have become a regular with Repose as I've really noticed the difference in how I feel, my recovery and the reduction in those niggles that turn into injuries. Post massage I can always feel the difference, not just in my body, but in my state of mind; this is in no small part down to Ben himself with his easy going nature and sense of humour.
I totally recommend anybody who trains regularly to visit Repose and make it part of your ritual!
1 hour sports massage.
Ben is very professional and tailored the treatment to my body - my tight calves got extra attention and they felt a lot better afterwards! As a runner it makes a difference having treatment from an experienced runner who understands where the likely issues will be.
CH1 is in a great location and the treatment room is comfortable and clean and Ben has all the necessary PPE in place. I will definately be back for further regular massages.
