Celly's staff are always very professional and polite. I have had great cuts and colour in both the Swansea and Cardiff Salon. The best bit is you don't have to break the bank to have fab hair :)

I cannot recommend them enough, friendly, professional and highly skilled team. I was a bit concerned before attending to my appointment because of the whole situation with coronavirus, but as soon as I got there all my worries disappeared, I would give more stars if I could, these people are proper perfectionists.
