Joanne was fantastic. She is my favourite stylist as she knows my hair and how to deal with it, also she listened closely when I told her I wanted a new style and gave me some great advice. The only thing thing that detracted from my whole experience and was nothing to do with Joanne was a man sitting in the receptionist desk, constantly talking on the phone in what sounded like personal business which was very annoying and highly unprofessional.
