Welcoming and friendly when going into the Venue enjoyed having a chat about other things other than how is your day and have you been in work very friend and enjoy the experience there Leanne is so lovely would definitely recommend going to her again

Lianne is very friendly and helpful as are all the staff, as I am walking disabled they help me as much as they can - hang my coat up, help me up from chairs, carry my bag, open and close door-. Treatment was excellent they always ask before carrying out any procedure - what style you want how, short to cut, what produce you want on hair not just do as they want -. Love going to REPLAY not only for treatment also friendly staff.

Lianne never fails to go above and beyond for her customers I weren't sure what style I wanted so we went through a few and I was more than happy with the hair style she chose so many people have commented on the cut and said what a lovely cut she have done I would highly recommend Lianne to everyone
