Another fantastic appointment. As always with Ana-Maria. Her skill and customer service are exceptional. While waiting for my colour to develop, a Walk in customer came in. Ana was talking to her like she had known her for 20 years within 10 minutes. This is so amazing to watch and does not happen easily. Already booked the next appointment with a seriously talented and special stylist. What an asset. Thank you
