I went in for a patch test and i showed the picture of the hair i wanted and they said ok but it wouldn't be exactly the same and then they did a patch test by cutting a thick strand of my hair which i didn't really understand why but i was ok with it as i was going to get what i wanted. I was about to pay the deposit and they decided to tell me that it is just impossible what i wanted and if i could pick a color they had!?? The whole experience was just inconvenient and a waste of my time/hair
