Was told I had booked the wrong service although I have been multiple times with this same service and had what I requested in the past. it is not clearly stated that you can only have 2-3 inches off with a dry cut and no layers allowed, amendment needs to be made to stop future issues

Raz was nice, but the hair cut I received was awful. Took off too much, more than I wanted by atleast 2/3 inches. Didn't cut it properly, left loads of long bits throughout my hair, which were clearly visible. My hair is not straight in any form, it wasn't cut properly, it's all over the place, none of it the same length, all different all across my hair. I'm so devastated. I've booked somewhere else to fix it. Unfortunately, won't be coming back.

Very pleased as usual with root colour & blowdry from Kym. She was the only stylist working but still went above and beyond, exceptional Customer Service !!
