Language barrier, the colour of roots didn’t match current hair colour, had to ask Anna what mix of colours to put on and still the roots did not look right. Asked for only a slight trim and hair was butchered and lots a lot of length very upset at the state of my hair.

This is the 1st time with Monica so I was a bit anxious about a thorough dry of my hair but I need not have worried . She did a great job ! Just a pity it was hard to make conversation due to language difference .
Overall a good experience and my hair is still looking good ❤️
