So uncomfortable. Monica didn't understand anything I was saying I said time and time again I don't want it cut or trimmed but thin it out. She kept going to grab items to shave the back of my head and I'd said three times not to touch it because I was growing it. Then she grabbed the ends trying to show me how much she was going to cut. I kept saying no just thin it don't cut my hair any shorter!! Couldn't wait to get out. Will never go again.
